I walked into this UPS Access Point location with a problem that needed solving, and I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful staff. They had a notary on site, which was a huge convenience for me. The team was always willing to lend a hand, whether it was printing out documents or helping with package returns. It's great to support a local business, and I appreciate the services they offer. The facility itself is wheelchair accessible, which is a definite plus. However, I did notice that the hours of operation could be a bit more extensive, especially on Sundays. Otherwise, I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience.
