This location is convenient for customers, as it is wheelchair accessible with a parking lot and entrance. The in-store pickup service is a nice option for those who want to pick up their packages quickly. The location is open from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM on weekdays, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM on Saturdays, and 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Sundays, making it easily accessible for most people. However, some customers may be disappointed with the quality of service, as one customer had a terrible experience with customer service. The owner responded to the complaint and offered alternative contact channels for assistance, but it's clear that there is room for improvement in this area.
