This location has a solid overall rating, but it falls short in terms of quality. The building is located at 8304, US-301 N Street in Parrish City, which might make it a bit hard to find. However, the office is situated inside an Advanced Auto Parts store, which could make it convenient for some customers.
Unfortunately, this location is not a traditional UPS location, despite being called a UPS Access Point location. This can be confusing for customers who are looking for a standard UPS office.
The staff seems to be helpful and responsive, but the lack of information about the location being inside another store might lead to some confusion. It's a good idea to verify the location before visiting.
The building itself looks well-maintained, and the parking area is easy to access.
Overall, this location has some good qualities, but the misclassification of it as a traditional UPS location is a significant issue that affects the overall customer experience.
