This UPS location on University Pkwy Parkway is easily accessible by car, with a large parking lot that can accommodate wheelchairs. The entrance is also wheelchair accessible, making it convenient for people with mobility issues to visit. The store is open for a good part of the day, with hours that include weekdays from 8 am to 9 pm and weekend hours from 9 am to 8 pm. This is great for those who need to ship items on short notice or have time-sensitive packages.Although the location is convenient, it could benefit from a more modern design. Some areas may appear a bit outdated, which might detract from the overall experience. One issue I have with this location is the lack of storage space for packages. There is a small area designated for holding packages, but it is not sufficient to accommodate large volumes of packages, which can lead to delays in processing. Despite this issue, the staff at this location are friendly and helpful, making the process of shipping and handling packages a breeze. Overall, this location is a good option for those in need of shipping services in the area.
