I've been to this location a few times, and overall I'm satisfied with the services they provide. However, the pricing can be a bit steep at times. The quality of work is generally good, but there have been some instances where it felt a bit lacking. The innovativeness of the business is also somewhat limited, as they seem to stick to traditional methods. One thing that stood out to me, however, is the professionalism of the staff. Everyone I've interacted with has been courteous and knowledgeable.They offer a range of services, including dryer vent cleaning and repair, and seem to have a good reputation within the community. The fact that they're LGBTQ+ friendly and a safe space for the transgender community is definitely a plus.One issue that I've noticed is that they don't seem to have a clear system for handling customer complaints. In the past, I've had to follow up multiple times to resolve issues, which can be frustrating.Despite this, I would still recommend this location to others. They seem to have a strong commitment to their customers and are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that they're satisfied. With a bit of work on their customer service, I think they could take their services to the next level.
