The massage spa, located at Building 5229, 33rd St E Street, Bradenton City, offers a range of services, including massages, and has a rating of 4.1 from third-party sources. The business operates from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week, and features amenities such as a restroom, wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking lot, and restrooms. The spa has received overwhelmingly positive reviews from clients, with many praising the professionalism, kindness, and expertise of the massage therapists, particularly Jasmine. Many have reported feeling relaxed and relieved from pain after their massages. Some have mentioned that the atmosphere is inviting and casual, while others have appreciated the variety of massage services offered. However, there have been a few instances of poor customer service, including a language barrier issue, a misunderstanding about the service time, and a negative experience with the atmosphere. One client reported feeling uncomfortable due to a language barrier, while another experienced a mix-up with the service time, resulting in an awkward checkout process.Overall, the spa appears to be committed to providing high-quality services, as evidenced by the positive reviews and the owner's responses to negative feedback. The business seems to prioritize customer satisfaction and is proactive in addressing concerns. The only concern worth mentioning is the occasional language barrier issue, which may impact the customer experience.
