The business has a good overall rating, reflecting its strengths in various areas. The quality of vehicles sold here is generally high, with many customers reporting great experiences and reliable cars. The pricing is competitive, with many reviewers mentioning fair prices and no hidden fees. However, some issues have been reported, including problems with certain vehicles after purchase, indicating that the dealership's quality control process may need improvement. Additionally, a few customers have experienced difficulties in dealing with the sales staff, which suggests that the business could benefit from more effective communication and customer service training.Despite these issues, Universal Motors Plus LLC has many positive reviews, with customers praising the friendly and helpful staff, the wide selection of vehicles, and the competitive pricing. Some reviewers have even reported going back to the dealership for repeat business, which speaks to the high level of customer satisfaction. One notable issue that has been reported is the potential for vehicles to have hidden problems or being sold in a condition that is not disclosed to the buyer.
