Located in the heart of Tampa City, this financial service business offers mortgage loans through its partnership with United Trust Bank. The building is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, making it convenient for everyone to visit. The business operates from 9am to 8pm from Monday to Thursday, 9am to 7pm on Friday, and 9am to 5pm on Saturday, providing ample time for potential customers to stop by.
However, with only a few client reviews available, it is challenging to accurately assess the overall quality and pricing of their services. Despite the limited information, the innovativeness of the business is notable, with a well-designed website that provides easy access to their mortgage loan options.
One major concern is the single negative review from a disabled veteran who claims to have been treated unfairly. This raises questions about the business's treatment of vulnerable individuals and may indicate a need for improvement in their customer service, particularly for those with special needs.
Potential customers should be aware of this issue and carefully consider their decision to use this business.
