This post office has its downsides. The working hours are very limited, which may be inconvenient for those who have to balance work and personal life. The staff seems to have an attitude issue, as shown in one of the customer's feedbacks. A clerk told a customer with an attitude that it's not okay to use a print free QR code instead of a label because the tape is expensive. Some customers have experienced difficulties with their mail being late due to the staff's lack of care. Another customer had to pay shipping twice because a clerk returned their package to sender, despite knowing who they were and which box was theirs. This situation can be frustrating, especially for those who rely on mail for important things like medicine or bills. On a positive note, the post office offers a range of services, including onsite services and delivery. They also have a convenient location with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. However, it's worth noting that the clerks seem to be very rigid in their application of the rules, which can be inflexible and unhelpful. There is a need for some flexibility in the way the post office handles PO boxes, especially considering the limited working hours and the inconvenience this may cause to residents. While the post office has its advantages, it falls short in providing a customer-friendly and flexible service.
