United Site Services in Mulberry City is a business that falls short in many areas. Unfortunately, there have been numerous complaints about the quality of service provided. Customers have reported being treated rudely by staff, and there have been issues with cleanliness and maintenance of portable toilets. One customer mentioned that their toilet wasn't cleaned for two weeks, and another had to deal with extra charges for cleaning services that weren't included in their contract. It's also worth noting that some customers have had difficulty getting in touch with the business, with one person reporting that their calls weren't returned. On a positive note, the business is open for extended hours, which is convenient for those who need to reach them outside of regular business hours. However, the convenience of their hours doesn't make up for the poor service and issues with communication. The business also accepts credit cards, which is a nice touch.
