The Clearwater storage facility of United Self Mini Storage is a well-maintained location, with customers praising the cleanliness and safety of the property. Many reviewers appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who were described as professional and accommodating. Some reviewers mentioned that the facility is easily accessible and has a convenient location. However, there were a few negative comments, including one reviewer who mentioned that the facility auctioned off their unit while they were hospitalized, which they felt was unfair. Despite this, the majority of reviewers were extremely satisfied with their experience at the facility. The facility offers a range of services, including on-site storage, climate-controlled units, and 24/7 access. Reviewers praised the prices as being reasonable, although some mentioned that the costs of storage are increasing over time. The facility has a high rating of 4.6, based on the reviews of customers. Overall, United Self Mini Storage in Clearwater appears to be a reliable and trustworthy storage facility, with a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction. One reviewer noted that the facility has a tendency to "auction off" storage units when rent is overdue, which can be a concern for customers who may be experiencing financial difficulties or who are unable to pay rent on time. This issue should be carefully considered by customers before renting a unit at this facility.
