This location is well-known for its exceptional services and high-quality storage units. The majority of the reviews praise the facility's cleanliness, friendliness of staff, and competitive pricing. The employees are commended for their professionalism, helpfulness, and dedication to customer satisfaction. The storage units are described as clean, safe, and convenient to access. Many reviewers have been loyal customers for several years, which speaks to the facility's reliability and commitment to customer satisfaction. The management is also praised for their responsiveness to customer needs and concerns.
However, one reviewer had a disappointing experience with water damage and cockroach infestation, highlighting the importance of regular unit checks and prompt attention to maintenance issues. Despite this, the overall consensus is that United Self Mini Storage is an excellent choice for those in need of secure and convenient storage solutions.
As for the layout of the facility, the 24/7 access and security cameras are major perks, ensuring customers can store their belongings with peace of mind. The facility's accessibility, including wheelchair-friendly parking and entrance, makes it an excellent option for those with mobility needs. Overall, United Self Mini Storage is a top-notch facility that prioritizes customer satisfaction and provides a secure and reliable storage experience.
