The experience at United Rentals in Leesburg City varies depending on individual needs. Some clients have praised the knowledgeable staff and ease of procuring equipment, highlighting the importance of good communication from sales reps and delivery personnel. The business has a wide range of equipment and tools for rent, including power equipment, HVAC units, and more. However, there have been some complaints about the quality of equipment, with some customers reporting that the rental fleet is aging and defective. United Rentals has a reputation for having a modus operandi of sending service trips to customers towards the end of the rental period, leading to unexpected bills. In terms of pricing, many clients have expressed satisfaction with the costs, considering them competitive and fair. The innovativeness of the business has been praised, with some customers appreciating the modern equipment and up-to-date services. The location is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance that cater to people with disabilities. The working hours are generally reasonable, but it's worth noting that the business is closed on Thursdays. While some customers have experienced exceptional service, others have had negative interactions. Overall, the experience at United Rentals depends on individual expectations and needs, but the business has shown potential in meeting customer requirements and offering competitive pricing.
