The location, Building 6944, Florida Ave S Street, Lakeland City, is a unique spot for entertainment and events. It's a go-to place for those seeking an unforgettable experience. The quality of service provided by the staff is commendable, with some team members delivering exceptional results. Reece, a hair technician, is one such example. She worked diligently to address a client's scalp issues and hair loss, resulting in a remarkable transformation. However, there have been instances where the staff's ability to manage business operations and communication has been lacking. A client reported difficulties in getting in touch with the event planner, Unique Creations by Christy, and issues with contract clarity. Additionally, there were concerns about the planner's ability to decorate and manage events effectively. The pricing of services seems to be reasonable, making it an attractive option for those seeking entertainment and event planning services. The location's innovativeness is notable, but it could be improved upon.
