This location has a lot to offer, with a great team providing customer service. The historic building is really nice, but it lacks some amenities. The waiting area is quiet and peaceful, but sometimes the station can be very confusing to navigate, especially when there is no clear signage. The restrooms are clean, but sometimes they might be out of order or lack basic essentials like soap. Phone charging points are also missing, which is surprising in today's age. Trains can be late, which is frustrating for travelers. Overall, it's a decent place for parking and a historical visit, but it's not perfect.One thing to improve is the lack of clear signage and directions, making it hard to find what you need. Additionally, the bathroom door was not working properly, and there was no soap. Computers were down when checking in, and the trains were often late, which led to almost missing a flight.
