This location appears to be a well-established and reliable choice for party and event rentals. The staff is often described as nice, polite, and professional, with many customers praising their helpful and accommodating attitude. They offer a wide range of equipment and services, from tents to lighting and decorations, which is convenient for customers who want one-stop shopping. The quality of their equipment is generally good, although there have been some instances where it has been scratched or stained. One potential issue to be aware of is the company's policy of accessing customer properties at late hours, which may not be suitable for everyone. However, this policy is clearly stated in their contracts, and the company has taken steps to address customer concerns about it. Overall, this location seems to be a solid choice for those looking for party and event rentals, offering a range of equipment and services at competitive prices. While there may be some minor issues to be aware of, the company's strengths in quality, innovativeness, and customer service make it a reliable choice for many customers.
