Ultimate Hauling & Dumpsters is a reliable and affordable hauling and dumpster service in Pasco County. They provide a range of services, from garage cleanouts to heavy-duty construction debris removal. The company has a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, making it easy for customers with disabilities to access their services.
The business is open seven days a week, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, which is convenient for customers who need to schedule pickups and deliveries at different times. However, there is one major issue with the company: the possibility of unexpected fees. One customer reported being charged a $300 overfill fee and a $300 damage fee, which made their total bill much higher than expected. While the company responded to this review and apologized, it's clear that this issue needs to be addressed to prevent it from happening to other customers.
Overall, Ultimate Hauling & Dumpsters seems to prioritize customer service and satisfaction. Many reviewers have praised the company's kind, compassionate, and accommodating staff, who go above and beyond to meet customers' needs. They also offer competitive pricing and efficient service, making them a great option for customers in Pasco County. However, the possibility of unexpected fees is a major concern that needs to be addressed to build trust with customers.
