This storage facility has its own unique charm and has been serving customers for a while. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, especially Tecla, who has received high praise from previous customers for her helpfulness and professionalism. The facility is wheelchair accessible, making it convenient for people with mobility issues. However, some customers have mentioned that the location needs some updates. It would be beneficial for the owners to invest in some renovations to improve the overall experience for customers. The facility offers great rates and move-in specials, making it a great option for those looking for affordable storage solutions. The 24-hour access and security alarms provide an added layer of security for customers' belongings.Unfortunately, the facility has limited hours of operation, which might be a drawback for customers who need to access their units outside of business hours. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 10 am to 1 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm.Overall, U Stor Self Storage is a good option for those in need of storage solutions, but it could benefit from some improvements to its facilities.
