I visited this Global Entry office in Tampa City, and my overall experience was decent, but not excellent. The quality of service was also somewhat lacking, which made me feel that the $120 application fee might not have been worth it. The office itself is easily accessible for people with wheelchairs, which is a definite plus. Unfortunately, I had a very negative encounter with some of the staff members, who seemed unfriendly and unprofessional. On the other hand, I've heard that the Global Entry program itself can be very convenient for frequent travelers. The working hours are quite standard, and the address is easy to find.
