This self-storage facility is a great option for those looking for a secure and affordable place to store their belongings. The location is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-friendly parking lot, and the working hours are convenient, with extended hours on Saturday. The facility has received praise for its cleanliness and well-maintained units. Many customers have noted that the prices are the lowest in the Lake Wales area, making it a great value for the cost. Some reviewers have also highlighted the friendly and helpful service they received from the owner. However, one customer had a negative experience with the owner over the phone, citing rudeness and poor attitudes. The owner responded by explaining that they were simply following Florida privacy laws, which may not have fully addressed the customer's concern.
