This U-Haul location in Ruskin, FL, is a well-organized and clean facility, easily accessible for those with mobility issues. The staff is friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Clients appreciate the convenience of on-site parking and the option to pay with debit or credit cards. Many customers have praised the location for its efficiency, with some noting that they were able to rent a truck quickly and easily. However, a few clients have expressed concerns about the rising prices, which have led some to consider alternative options. One client had a particularly poor experience, citing a truck with a serious issue that required roadside assistance. Overall, this U-Haul location seems to be a reliable choice for those in need of a moving truck or storage solutions, but may benefit from addressing pricing concerns and ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
