This location offers a range of services, including van rental, trailer rental, and car rental. They are conveniently located on S Frontage Rd Road in Plant City City, and their on-site parking makes it easy to find a spot. The staff is generally helpful and quick with the rental process. One customer had a positive experience, noting that the pick-up and drop-off were quick and easy. They would definitely use this location again and recommend it to friends and family. However, another customer had a disappointing experience with a charge on their card after returning the truck. They claimed that the gas tank was full, but the staff member disagreed, leading to an unnecessary charge. This customer would not recommend bringing a truck back to this location. The location is wheelchair accessible, with both a parking lot and entrance designed for easy access. They accept both debit and credit cards for payment. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with Sunday hours limited to 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.Overall, the location seems to have its strengths, but some customers have experienced issues with communication and billing.
