This location has a good reputation overall, but there's some room for improvement in terms of quality. The staff is friendly and efficient, which makes the process easy. However, the facilities could use some updating to match the level of service provided. On the plus side, the prices are very competitive and the innovative approach to truck rentals is a big plus. The location has limited hours of operation, which may be a drawback for some customers. The woman who helped me was super friendly and made the process quick and easy. She answered all my questions and ensured I had everything I needed for a smooth move. However, the parking lot could be better maintained, and the entrance could be more accessible for people with disabilities. The location is convenient, but it's worth noting that it's only open on certain days and for limited hours. This might be a challenge for people who need to rent a truck on short notice. On-site parking is available, but it would be nice if the lot was better lit and more secure.Overall, this location is a good option for people who need to rent a truck, but it's not perfect. With some improvements to quality and accessibility, it could be a top-notch choice.
