This location is a well-established U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer that provides a range of services, including van and trailer rentals, as well as car and truck rentals. The team is very good to deal with, making the experience of renting a vehicle a smooth one. On-site parking is available, and the location is wheelchair accessible, making it convenient for customers with mobility issues. The working hours are consistent, with the location open from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday. However, the location has some room for improvement in terms of getting the rented vehicles ready on time, as one customer experienced a delay in getting their truck at the scheduled hour. The use of a drop box for the key would be a helpful feature to avoid the inconvenience of having to wait for someone to be available to hand over the keys.
