This location is convenient to navigate, with clear working hours and address. On-site parking is available for customers. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, as seen in one of the positive reviews. They are able to find the necessary equipment and check out quickly. The store seems to be well-stocked, which is a rare advantage for a U-Haul location, as noted by a satisfied customer. However, there are reports of issues with add-ons, which can lead to problems with the availability of the rented vehicles. Getting in touch with the staff can be challenging, as mentioned by one of the reviewers. The prices seem reasonable, and the quality of the equipment and services is satisfactory, but not exceptional. There is no information on how innovative the business is in terms of its services or features.
