The location of U-Haul in Crystal River City seems to be a convenient option for those in need of a van, trailer, or truck rental. However, it's worth noting that the parking area is wheelchair accessible, and the entrance is also easily accessible for people with mobility issues.A client in the past reported no problems with the location and found the staff to be very nice. Another reviewer appreciated the close proximity of the location to their home and found it easy to get to.Unfortunately, one reviewer had a very negative experience, claiming that the location was not in business anymore, despite the working hours listed indicating that it is still operational. There have been some issues reported with the availability of trucks for rental, which is a major concern for customers. The location accepts debit and credit cards for payments, which is a convenient option for many customers. However, the pricing and quality of service seem to be the most notable areas of concern. It's worth noting that the location is a part of the U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer network and is open from Monday to Saturday, with Sunday being a non-operational day.
