This location is a great place to rent a moving truck, cargo van, or pickup truck. The staff is friendly and helpful, with many customers praising the excellent customer service. One reviewer mentioned that Chris and Mike were extremely helpful, while another reviewer complimented William and Caleb for being super nice and easy to work with. The location is also convenient, with on-site parking and wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking lot. Some reviewers mentioned that the trucks were in good condition, with one reviewer even praising the level of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-friendly service. However, a few reviewers had some issues, such as a damaged truck and a unprofessional staff member. It's worth noting that the location has some flexibility in its operating hours, but it's not available on Thursdays. Additionally, some reviewers mentioned that the pricing is competitive, but one reviewer was unhappy with the rate and the condition of the truck. One major issue that stood out was the incident where a customer had a problem with their truck and had to wait for an extended period of time to get assistance. The staff's unprofessional behavior and lack of urgency in resolving the issue was a major concern.Overall, this location has a lot to offer, but there are some areas that need improvement. With a bit more attention to detail and customer service, this location could be a top-notch option for people looking to rent a moving truck or other vehicles.
