This van rental agency, trailer rental service, and car rental location is situated in Building 9045 on US-98 Street in Sebring City. It's known for renting moving trucks, cargo vans, and pickup trucks to customers in the area. Customers can make a reservation with the guarantee of a truck being available for rental. The agency is open on Mondays and Fridays from 8am to 5pm, but is closed on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. The agency accepts debit and credit cards for payment and offers on-site parking as well as a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. This is a U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer location, indicating a partnership with the well-known moving and storage company. One major issue that some customers have encountered is the possibility of the gate being locked an hour before closing, leaving people waiting for pickup. It seems this has happened on more than one occasion. In terms of innovation, the agency uses modern technology to facilitate reservations and rentals. However, there is no additional information on whether they offer any cutting-edge services or equipment. It's worth noting that the staff, Liz and Bill, have received high praise from customers for their professionalism and patient attitude. Unfortunately, not all customers have had the same experience, with one person reporting difficulty in getting in touch with someone on the phone.
