This van rental agency is located in a convenient spot, Building 812 on Park St Street in Clearwater City. The building itself is wheelchair accessible, making it easy for customers to enter and park their vehicles. The agency offers a range of services, including van and trailer rentals, perfect for moving or hauling heavy loads. The staff is not present during most weekdays, but customers can rent a moving truck during the limited hours available on Fridays.Unfortunately, a recent customer had a frustrating experience with the agency's rental policy. They claimed to have driven an excessive distance and were unable to verify their move due to the agency's policy. This incident raises concerns about the accuracy of the agency's services and the transparency of their rental agreements. The agency is part of the U-Haul network, which typically offers high-quality services. However, this location seems to fall short in terms of customer satisfaction. The website indicates that the agency has limited working hours and lacks clear information about their services and policies.
