This location offers a range of services including car rental, truck rental, and trailer rental, making it a one-stop shop for travelers. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, providing good quality service to customers. While prices may be slightly higher than some competitors, the quality of service makes up for it.The location has convenient parking and is wheelchair accessible, making it easy for customers to come and go. The working hours are standard Monday to Friday, but it's closed on weekends. However, one major issue to note is the inconsistent pricing for van rentals. As mentioned in one review, the price per mile can be quite high, which may deter customers from renting from this location. Despite this issue, the overall experience for most customers has been positive, with many praising the helpful staff and quality service. It's worth noting that this location is a U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer, which suggests that it may be a local partner with a larger company, rather than a standalone business. As a result, customers can expect a relatively standard level of service and pricing, although the van rental prices may vary depending on the specific circumstances. Overall, this location is a good option for travelers looking for a range of services, but may want to shop around for the best deals on van rentals.
