This business location is situated at Building 5555, S Pine Ave Avenue, Ocala City, and is a multifaceted service provider offering a wide range of services including van rental agency, used cars, used truck dealer, car sales, trailer supply store, trailer rental service, self-storage facility, home & daily service, storage service, RV storage facility, construction & development, building materials, moving supply store, automotive & boat service, transportation, moving and storage service, travel & recreation, car rental, and truck rental agency. The business is easily accessible and has on-site parking, wheelchair-accessible parking lot, and wheelchair-accessible entrance. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with many customers praising their excellent customer service. Some staff members have gone above and beyond to assist customers, such as Jordan, who fixed a broken hasp on a Ubox unit. However, there have been instances of poor customer service, including one employee being rude and unfriendly. The business has a wide selection of equipment and storage units, including covered options for boats and RVs. The storage units are clean and air-controlled, and the prices are reasonable. However, some customers have mentioned that the units can be a bit pricey, and the dumpster placement can make it difficult to leave with a large vehicle. One of the biggest concerns for customers is the consistency of the business's policies and procedures. Some customers have reported that the business has changed their reservation or rental agreement without their knowledge or consent, resulting in additional charges. This has led to a number of negative reviews and a loss of trust for the business.Overall, the business location has its strengths and weaknesses. While it offers a wide range of services and has a friendly staff, it has struggled with consistency and customer service. With some improvements in these areas, the business could potentially become a top-rated location.
