This location is a one-stop-shop for all your moving and storage needs. With a wide range of services, including moving truck rentals, cargo vans, and self-storage facilities, it's easy to find what you need. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the online services make it convenient to book and manage your rental. The location is wheelchair accessible, making it easy for everyone to get in and out. However, one issue that stands out is the poor management during peak hours, as seen in one customer's experience where they had to wait for over an hour to be assisted by staff who were more interested in chatting than helping customers. Despite this, the staff is generally friendly and willing to lend a hand. The services are available on weekdays from 7am to 7pm, with some flexibility on weekends. The U-Box containers are a great option for those who need a convenient and secure storage solution.Overall, this location is a good option for those looking for a reliable and convenient moving and storage experience. However, the management needs to work on improving their responsiveness and professionalism, especially during peak hours.
