The salon provides a welcoming and inclusive environment for clients, with a focus on hair care and beauty. The staff is highly trained and experienced, with many having worked at the salon for several years. The salon's use of social media and online platforms to engage with clients and showcase their work is impressive. One of the issues here is that some clients have experienced difficulty getting appointments or had problems with their hair after leaving the salon. For example, one client had to wait weeks to get an appointment and was told that the stylist they had previously booked with was no longer available. Another client had their hair damaged after leaving the salon. However, these incidents seem to be isolated and do not reflect the overall quality of the salon's services. The salon's commitment to using high-quality products and its focus on providing excellent customer service are definite positives. Overall, the salon is a great choice for those looking for a professional and knowledgeable hair care experience.
