This location is an average place to visit. The quality of services provided by Meritage Homes is not perfect, but not bad either. They might charge a bit high, but their innovative approach to new home construction is impressive. Unfortunately, some customers have reported issues with false advertising and poor communication, which might make it a less desirable choice for some people. The wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance are nice touches, but it seems like some customers have experienced delays and problems with their homes.
