The working hours are limited to weekdays and Saturdays, which may not be ideal for customers who prefer weekend appointments. However, the regular hours allow for a smooth workflow and attention to detail. The business receives high praise from customers, with several five-star reviews mentioning the kind and caring attitude of the staff, particularly Alexis. The owners take pride in their work and seem to genuinely enjoy interacting with pets and their owners. The business seems to be skilled in handling various types of pets, including dogs, cats, and even rabbits. The pricing appears to be competitive, with one reviewer specifically mentioning that the prices were great. However, it's worth noting that the business is not open seven days a week, which may be a drawback for some customers. The only potential issue that arises is the limited working hours, which may not suit customers who prefer weekend appointments.
