This location is situated in Davenport City, near Tuscana Ln Lane, offering Mediterranean-style resort experiences. The resort features simple condos with kitchens, as well as an outdoor pool and a theater. However, the resort's quality and innovativeness could be improved, as some guests reported issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and outdated amenities. On the other hand, the pricing is relatively reasonable, considering the amenities and location. Overall, the resort has a decent rating but requires attention to detail to improve the guest experience. Some guests have expressed disappointment with the customer service, cleanliness, and maintenance of the resort. A few have reported issues with cockroaches, musty smells, and stained mattresses. Additionally, some guests have mentioned that the resort's amenities, such as the restaurant and pool bar, are not always available or are subpar. On the other hand, many guests have praised the resort's location, pool area, and the helpful staff at Tropical Escapes, who manage the resort's properties. Guests have noted that the resort's website and photos can be misleading, with some units not living up to their descriptions. However, many have also reported a pleasant experience, enjoying the resort's amenities, friendly staff, and convenient location. To improve the overall experience, the resort could focus on upgrading its maintenance, improving customer service, and ensuring that all units meet a consistent standard of quality.
