The team is very professional, punctual, and courteous, often exceeding customer expectations. Many reviewers praised the quality of their work, with some mentioning that they replaced entire roofs in just one day. However, there were some instances where communication broke down, and customers felt that they were not kept updated on the status of their projects. One issue that stands out is the inconsistent communication and follow-through on some projects. Several reviewers mentioned that they had to chase down the company to get updates or resolve issues, which was frustrating for them. In one case, a customer was left with a damaged driveway after the roofing crew left, and it took several phone calls to get the issue resolved. On the positive side, the company has a 10-year labor warranty, which provides peace of mind for customers. They also offer financing options and online estimates, making it convenient for customers to get started on their projects. The team is also very responsive to customer needs, with many reviewers praising their professionalism and courtesy.Overall, Turnkey Roofing has a strong reputation in the Tampa area, with many satisfied customers praising their quality work and professional service. However, they could improve their communication and follow-through on projects to better serve their customers.
