This business location, Turner Pest Control, is a pest control service that has been operating in Florida for over 50 years. With a rating of 3.4 out of 5, it's a decent choice for those seeking pest control services. However, there are some areas where they fall short. One of the main concerns is the quality of their services. With a score of 3.2, it's clear that some customers have experienced subpar work. Issues with rodent exclusion, mosquito treatment, and termite tenting have been reported. It's concerning that some customers have had to take matters into their own hands, such as setting traps themselves, after paying for services. The pricing of their services seems to be a strong point, with a score of 4.8. It's possible that the cost of their services is reasonable, but it's also worth noting that some customers have reported being left with a mess after their services. The innovativeness of the business is also a mixed bag. With a score of 4.0, it's clear that they have some new ideas, but it's also clear that they haven't quite perfected their methods. Some customers have reported that their services don't work as promised, such as the mosquito treatment not reducing the number of mosquitoes.Despite these issues, there are some redeeming qualities. The customer service team seems to be responsive, and some customers have reported having good experiences with their representatives. However, it's clear that this business has some work to do to improve their overall quality of service. It's worth noting that the business has received some criticism regarding their uniform and equipment, with one customer reporting that the technician didn't wear a uniform and used a baby carriage to carry his tools. This raises concerns about the professionalism of their staff.Overall, Turner Pest Control is a decent choice for those seeking pest control services, but it's essential to be aware of the potential issues and concerns that have been reported. With some improvement in their quality of service, they may be able to earn a higher rating.
