This business location is not satisfactory in many aspects. The apartments are described as dilapidated, with poor water quality, and a strong smell of mold. The laundry facilities are not convenient, with broken machines and a long distance to the laundry room. The building is described as a "safety hazard" and "overpriced" for the poor quality provided. The lack of wheelchair-accessible features beyond the parking lot and entrance is also a notable issue. Despite the Monday to Friday working hours, it appears that the staff is not reliable. The co-branding with Turkscap II Apartments does not seem to have improved the quality of this location.
