This location of TurboTax is a solid choice for those looking for professional tax preparation services. The staff is friendly and helpful, with representatives like Chiara being a great example. They are knowledgeable and willing to explain everything in detail, making the process smooth and stress-free.The location is wheelchair accessible, which is a big plus. However, it's worth noting that they are closed on Thursdays and Fridays, which might be a bit inconvenient for some people. The staff is efficient and can handle even the most complex tax situations with ease. They are also very responsive to clients' needs, making sure that everything is accurate and up-to-date.Prices are very reasonable, and clients seem to be satisfied with the value they receive. One client even mentioned that the price was great. The location's hours might be a bit limited, especially on weekends, but it's still a great option for those in the area. Overall, this TurboTax location is a great choice for anyone looking for professional tax preparation services. One potential area for improvement is the availability of staff during regular working hours. It would be great if they were available to answer questions and assist with tax preparation during more hours of the day.
