This location is quite convenient, situated right by Synovus Bank. The friendly staff is always ready to assist, making the tax preparation process smooth and stress-free. The team is highly professional, and the office space in Downtown St. Pete is really impressive. Clients have praised the helpful and knowledgeable staff, such as Royce, who completely answers all their questions. Online appointments are also available for added flexibility. On the other hand, the hours of operation could be improved, as the location is closed on Thursdays and Fridays. Overall, this TurboTax Full Service office is a great place to get your taxes done, but it could benefit from a more consistent schedule.
