Trulieve is a well-established medical and recreational cannabis and CBD products provider. The location on FL-54 Street in New Port Richey City offers a wide selection of products, knowledgeable staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. The employees at this location are friendly, helpful, and courteous. Many customers praise their ability to find the best products for their needs and provide excellent customer service. However, there are some issues with product quality and pricing consistency that affect customer satisfaction. One customer reported an issue with empty preroll tubes, and another complained about inconsistent pricing. These problems are not unique to this location, as some customers have experienced similar issues at other Trulieve locations. However, it's essential to address these concerns to maintain customer trust and loyalty.Despite these issues, Trulieve's New Port Richey location has a well-organized store with a wide range of products, making it a convenient shopping experience for customers. The availability of deals and discounts is also a significant advantage. Some customers have expressed concerns about the accessibility of the parking lot and entrance, which should be improved to cater to customers with mobility issues.Overall, Trulieve's New Port Richey location is a decent option for customers seeking medical and recreational cannabis products. However, addressing the mentioned issues will help to improve the overall customer experience and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
