This location has been a great place to shop for medical and recreational cannabis and CBD products. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they go out of their way to help customers find the right products for their needs. However, the wait times can be long, especially during peak hours, and some customers have reported issues with the quality of the products. Overall, the location has a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is committed to providing excellent customer service. Some customers have had great experiences with the staff, particularly with budtenders like Mia, who are patient and helpful. However, there have been some issues with customer service, with some customers reporting that staff members can be rude or unhelpful. The location has a good selection of products, but some customers have reported that the inventory can be inconsistent. One major issue that has been reported by several customers is the long wait times, even for express pick-up. This can be frustrating for customers who are in a hurry, and it's something that the location could work on improving. Additionally, some customers have reported issues with the quality of the products, with some batches being dry or low-quality.Despite these issues, the location has a lot of positive attributes, including a clean and welcoming atmosphere and a staff that is committed to providing excellent customer service. With a few improvements, this location could be even better.
