This Trulieve location in Auburndale City offers a great shopping experience for cannabis and CBD products. The staff is welcoming and helpful, with some team members standing out for their exceptional service. The dispensary has a wide selection of products and a rewards program, making it a convenient option for customers. However, some customers have reported inconsistent service, with some staff members being unhelpful or unfriendly. Additionally, there have been issues with the dispensary's system, leading to delayed service and frustration for customers.Overall, this Trulieve location is a solid choice for customers in the area, but it could improve in terms of consistency and system efficiency. One of the major concerns is the lack of knowledge among some staff members, which can lead to incorrect information being provided to customers.Despite this, the dispensary's cleanliness, convenience, and wide selection of products are major positives. The location is also wheelchair accessible, which is a great feature for customers with disabilities.
