The business has a convenient location, making it easily accessible for customers with disabilities, thanks to a wheelchair-accessible parking lot. The repair services provided by the co-brands Troy repairs are of good quality, but could be improved. The working hours are quite flexible, with the earliest start time being 07:00 on weekdays and 07:00 on Saturdays. However, the business closes at 13:00 on Saturdays, which may not be suitable for everyone. The phone number +18599389483 is available for customers to reach out and schedule appointments. Onsite services are available, making it easier for customers to have their appliances repaired without having to take them to a separate location. Unfortunately, the business has limited weekend hours, which might be a drawback for customers who need repairs done outside of weekdays. Overall, the business is reliable and provides good quality services, but there's room for improvement in terms of pricing. The business could consider adjusting its pricing strategy to make its services more affordable for its customers.
