This review is based on the vast array of positive and negative comments from various customers. Overall, Tropical Interiors Florist seems to excel in delivering excellent customer service and providing high-quality floral arrangements that meet their customers' expectations.
While some customers have had issues with delivery times and details, the majority of reviews praise the store's prompt and reliable service, beautiful arrangements, and helpful staff. Many customers have appreciated the extra touches, such as custom designs, follow-up calls, and concern for the well-being of the recipient.
However, a few customers have experienced some issues with the store's online ordering system and delivery drivers' knowledge of the area. One customer was particularly dissatisfied with a corsage that fell apart, but the store took responsibility for the mistake.
Despite these minor setbacks, the overall consensus is that Tropical Interiors Florist is a top-notch florist that consistently delivers beautiful arrangements and provides exceptional customer service.
