This place seems like a nice community to live in. Many residents love the beautiful waterfront views, the marina, and the various amenities such as pool, gym, and library. The atmosphere is generally friendly, and the staff is welcoming. There are also various activities to enjoy, making it a great place for people who want to stay active and social. Some residents have complained about the rules for non-shareholders, but most agree that it's a great place to live. The only issue is that the area near the RV side of the park is affected by the Palmetto wastewater treatment plant, which might be a concern for some residents.
