This pet grooming salon, located in Building 9117 on Ridge Rd Road in New Port Richey City, appears to offer a wide range of services for pets. The staff is friendly and welcoming, with many reviewers mentioning their positive experiences with the groomers. The salon is clean and well-maintained, with a pleasant atmosphere that seems to put pets at ease. The salon's hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with extended hours on Saturday from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM. They do not appear to be open on Sundays. It's worth noting that some reviewers have mentioned issues with the owner's behavior, including mistreating employees and taking tips from staff. However, it's unclear if this is a widespread issue or an isolated incident. Many reviewers have praised the salon's attention to detail and the quality of their work, with some even mentioning that their pets have received special care and attention. The prices appear to be reasonable, with some reviewers mentioning that they are very affordable. Overall, it seems that this salon is a great option for pet owners looking for a reliable and trustworthy place to get their pets groomed. However, there are some concerns about the salon's cleanliness and safety protocols. Some reviewers have mentioned seeing fleas on the counter and mildew in the shop, which is a red flag for any business that handles animals. Additionally, one reviewer mentioned that their pet was left locked in a cage with other dogs and not properly cared for, which is a serious concern for any pet owner. It's worth noting that the salon appears to have a strong reputation in the community, with many reviewers singing their praises. However, it's also clear that there are some issues that need to be addressed in order to ensure that the salon is providing the best possible care for its customers' pets.
