The location is a decent option for those looking for a place to stay near Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy, which is a plus. However, the constant water puddle on the floor from the AC unit can be a bit of an issue. The skyliner is a convenient feature, making it easy to get around. Some rooms may have extremely loud air conditioning, but it could be a matter of individual rooms rather than a widespread problem. On the other hand, the gift shop can be a bit hard to find, and there have been complaints about cleanliness issues in the past, including cockroaches and hair everywhere. Despite some issues, the resort has its positives, such as being close to the skyliner and having a great big pool.
