This location seems to be a nice place to live, with a beautiful clubhouse and well-maintained housing development. The community is very clean, with lovely amenities such as a pool area and fitness center. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the location is convenient to St. Pete, Tampa, Sarasota, and beautiful gulf coast beaches. However, there have been some issues with pool maintenance, moldy gym equipment, and noise from construction. Some residents have also mentioned drama in the pool area.
